We know you'll be excited to receive your Hallmark goodies. We will be shipping your order free of charge using Royal Mail Second Class Service. Please note that due to COVID-19 despite best efforts some Royal Mail services may be disrupted, and orders can take over 7 working days for delivery. If you haven't received your order after 10 days, please contact our customer service team by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Thank you for your patience!
LAST MOTHER'S DAY (ORDERS)
Please place your Mother's Day orders by Monday 8th March to get your products delivered in time. Due to the ongoing impact of COVID-19 on the postal service, deliveries are, at times, taking longer than normal and we don’t want you to get caught out. So please do order asap… and remember to be kind to your postie!
We hope you love everything you’ve ordered but if you change your mind that’s OK too. If you want to return your order and it’s in a saleable condition, please send it back to us within 14 days for a full refund. If your order has been damaged, is faulty or is not what you ordered you have 30 days to return it to us. We would also need a picture of the fault/damage.
